This initiative explores the collaboration between various amateur radio and auxiliary communication services such as MARS, REACT, CAP, the Coast Guard Auxiliary, and the Salvation Army. The central goal is to establish a unified Auxiliary Communications Service for the NCR, simplifying government communication efforts. Key actions include developing mutual agreements, contact and liaison plans, and holding joint training exercises under NIMS. These collaborations aim to enhance situational awareness and operational capabilities, benefiting all involved organizations and their service areas.
