Key Service Terms for PPA • Tentative generation1250 to 1450kWh/kWpannually • Free of cost maintenance and repair of the System for the entire term of ten years. • Ownership transfer of Solar System to State Authority after 10 years at no additional cost. • 24x7 online monitoring platform to monitor energy usage. • RESCO Developer will be single point of contact for any issues concerning Solar System. • All commitments shall be legally binding through a Power Purchase Agreement.
