  3. Mascot: The Mustang “Peruna” is the mustang mascot. There is a costumed Peruna and a live Peruna.

  4. Live Peruna • The live “Peruna” is a Shetland pony. • Some UT students tried to “horse-nap” (steal) Peruna once, but they stole the wrong horse! • Shetland ponies are small horses.

  7. Hand Signal Make “pony ears.” Very similar to TCU’s “horned frog” sign, but you do not bend your fingers down as far.
