RadResponder Network Overview: Why RadResponder? • Individual organizations have excellent capabilities: equipment, training, logistics, and systems but… • But no single organization can manage the entire response • Insufficient coordination between different levels of government and industry • Waiting until the response phase to address these problems means that you’ve already lost

  10. RadResponder Network Sidebar: Improving performance of GIS We’ve been able to demonstrate that the automatic lat/long accuracy of the mobile apps can be significantly increased through he use of an external GIS antennae.
