  4. Organisation that continously learn from experiences with the aim of solving issues and problems in a better way.

  5. Crucial questions • Investigative journalism – why? • What's the most effective way to work? • How do you get new ideas? • Involving or not involving? • Building teams?

  7. * Series of articles about injuries at work. Ended up as a book, Death at work (Union magazine). Web page has a section of IJ * Taxi drivers abusing childen going to school. Using 25 different Facebook accounts (TV)

  8. * Looking for a ”wanted” person in Argentina, not doing your homework (News paper) * Kevin-case. Happening right now, last program tomorrow. 60 min x 3. Reporters have been working since last summer. Transparent, involving other media (TV).

  9. Basic production planning • Who is responsible, contact person? • Decide different roles • Find good exemples, international ideas? • Time schedule, be realistic. • Support the team. • Check expectations. • How will you measure the outcome?
