  2. What is “Bar Games”? • “Bar Games” is dedicated to a good time for the modern age. A classic bar and grill atmosphere with a modern gaming theme. It identifies itself among other bar atmospheres by offering gaming, exclusive gaming content, and a chance for gamers to socialize amongst drinks and food. • To simplify, it’s a “Video Game Bar”

  3. A) Which of Porter’s generic strategies you will employ • Differentiation– My products are specific to people looking for merchandise based around a company and representing a pride that gamers would have in a company representing them.

  4. B) Targeted segments • The segment targeted is a market that the company itself targets: That is, the “Social Gamer”. The company gathers a market from gamers who wish to pursue a more social gaming experience, coming into contact with likeminded people and sharing a meal/drink/game.

  5. C) Key benefits offered • The merchandise website provides exclusive access to official “Bar Games” merchandise licensed and distributed by the company itself. It will also provide products for an easier and more enjoyable experience at any “Bar Games” location.

  6. D) Unique capabilities of your venture • This merchandise website will offer a licensed product that only it has the rights to. No knockoffs. Just genuine apparel, equipment, and franchise branding as licensed by Bar Games.
