Sicker patients + fewer resources + lack of regional coordination = frustrated emergency/trauma providers and patients
Possible Solution:
Utilize regional (e.g. DHMC) and federal (e.g. HRSA) resources to support educational and operational initiatives to improve care across region

5. CREST Mission To improve the emergency (and trauma) care of rural patients through support of high quality local care whenever possible and efficient access to specialty care when necessary.
