This project facilitates retired clergy to lead vibrant, small worshipping communities, fostering mission and laity ministry. The aim is to support congregations seeking part-time clergy leadership, embracing the retirement surge among clergy and cultivating new opportunities for ministry. The fundamentals include a commitment to non-stipendiary ministry, vibrant community dynamics, and lay leadership development. Congregations need to provide detailed information about their worship style, ministries, financial status, and the clergy's role. The process involves an intensive intake and assessment phase, followed by a discernment process to match clergy with suitable congregations for mutual training and ministry development. This initiative aims to bring about positive change and growth in both retiring clergy and emerging congregations.
