  2. Instructions: • Locate shipping feet; XMEPDTRL473Z5000-100_parts 2 thru 9 per engineer installation document: PDT404Z7000-200. see fig 1 • Rotate sect 47/48, orientate and lower until shipping feet come into contact with shipping fixture; see fig 2. • Locate assembly until all eight shipping feet are within the boundary of Shipping Fixture; see fig 3. • Prior to drilling lag bolt holes, check for gaps between shipping feet and shipping fixture. Shim as required for gap greater then, XXXX. • IMPORTANT: pre-drill all lag bolt holes, using 5/16 drill bit, to prevent splitting wood when installing ½-13 x 6” lag screws. • After all lag bolts are tighten, lift shipping fixture (SF) using two fork lift, one on the RH side and the second on the LH side. See fig 6.IMPORTANT: Forks must be insert deep enough, that each fork makes contact with both the lifting support beams while lifting assembly. • Load shipping fixture, with KEEL side facing fwd direction of trailer and equal dimension of trailer bed width. See fig 7. • Secure load FWD and REAR, using four swivel tiedowns; two on the KEEL side and two on the CROWN side. See fig 8,9 and 10. • Recommended truck strapping: Secure load using truck straps; four in the middle, one FWD and one REAR end. See fig 11. • Prior to installing tarp, insert drain tube thru bulkhead fitting in pressure bulkhead. To drain water from pooling on top of tarp during transportation. See fig 12. • Crane tarp and position, so that all 8 flip doors are positioned over the 8 shipping feet. Proceed with folding tarp underneath Shipping Fixture and tighten all tarp straps and make secure for traveling at highway speeds. See fig 13.
