Questions for future research: • What are microzooplankton herbivory rates on different components of phytoplankton community including cyanos? • What prevents microzooplankton from controlling the cyanoblooms? • Are colony formation and toxicity grazing-induced in cyanobacteria? • Do larger zooplankton promote the blooms by suppressing microzooplankton?
