GEOGRAFIA FISICA: TERRITORIO: • SUPERFICIE:2.149.690 kmq • MARI:Mar Rosso,Golfo di Aden,Mar Arabico,Golfo di Oman • CATENE MONTUOSE:monti Hegiaz e Asir • DESERTO:nel lembo settentrionale e sud della penisola,è presente un paesaggio desertico,arido e inospitale detto RUB’AL-KHALI che significa il quarto vuoto.

  3. GEOGRAFIA FISICA: CLIMA: • Asciutto,di tipo desertico con escursioni di temperatura durante giorno e notte.Suolo stepposo o sabbioso.Ma in alcune zone cadono fino a 300mm di pioggia.E’ influenzato dalle catene montuose che impediscono influssi marini.

GEOGRAFIA FISICA: AMBIENTE: • DESERTO:predominante nell’Arabia Saudita,nel quale l’uomo sopravvive in questo ambiente sfavorevole all’insediamento umano • LA FASCIA COSTIERA:orientale,è bassa e sabbiosa • LA REGIONE INTERNA:compresa tra le due coste,è desertica.Le oasi sono rare e la parte del sud è del tutta disabitata.

  5. GEOGRAFIA UMANA: POPOLAZIONE: • 23.960.000 abitanti • DENSITA’:11 ab./kmq • DISTRIBUZIONE:varia nelle diverse zone,densamente popolate le zone interne.Densità di popolazione è tra le più basse mondo

  6. GEOGRAFIA UMANA: • LINGUA:arabo(seconda lingua inglese) • RELIGIONE:mussulmana(ma anche la cultura araba che è strettamente legata) • BANDIERA:c’è scritto una frase molto importante per i mussulmani DIO E’ UNICO E MAOMETTO E’ IL SUO MESSAGGERE. Il colore verde come segno della pace.
