  15. (Rev 16:12-16) And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

  16. 1. The river Euphrates

  17. (Rev 16:12-16) And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.   19. (Isa 11:12) And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth…. (Isa 11:15) And the LORD shall utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with his mighty wind shall he shake his hand over the river, and shall smite it in the seven streams, and make men go over dryshod.

  20. (Zec 10:11) And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up: and the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart away.

  21. 2. The Kings of the East

  23. What is the big deal about this river being dried up? (CONTEXT) • All of the vials have been the wrath of God that have been stored up for 6K years. So how is the river drying up the wrath of God (CONTEXT) • So God clears a way for the Kings of the East. Who is that and how many? NOTES

  24. (Rev 9:14-17) Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.

  25. The population today of countries like: • Turkey - 77 million • Syria - 19.4 million; • Iraq - 29 million; • Iran - 70 million. • The total population of that region is 195.4 million. Obviously, a 200-million-man army cannot come from these nations alone. NOTES

  27. THE PHYSICAL VIEW

  28. China's standing armed force of some 2.8 million active soldiers in uniform is the largest military force in the world. Approximately 1 million reservists and some 15 million militia back them up.   29. Problems with that view: • There is not 200 million horses on this planet (75 million) • China has only 10 million • The way these horseman kill NOTES

  30. THE SPIRITUAL VIEW

  31. (Rev 9:16-19) And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.

  32. Notice that those that sit on the horses (NOT the horses) have breastplates of fire, jacinth, and brimstone. NOTES

  35. Unclean spirits are demons in the Word of God • They are seen as frogs which is an unclean animals (Lev.11:10 & 41) {abomination} • Why frogs? • Frogs come out in the darkness • Not seen as much as heard NOTES

  36. The description that God gives us is that the Satanic trinity is going to use propaganda in order to rally the troops to his throne (?) to do battle with God (Ps. 2) NOTES

  40. What's up with the (so-called)Miracles?

  41. We believe that God does Miracles. • However in the Bible God only allows them when he is about to reveal his word. • Moses (Law) • Prophets (major and minor) • Jesus (Gospels • Apostles (Epistles) • Church History (?) • Azusa Street (?) • False Prophet (?) NOTES
