Atthistime,SAPConcurisacceleratingtheretirementofourExpensePaylegacysolutions.Aswemoveintothenextphaseofourpaystrategyviapartnersolutions,theseretirementswillrequirecustomerstouseConcurExpense Managementthroughclassicsolutionstoenablealternativesolutionsimmediatelyaspaymentswillnotbemadetoemployeesandcreditcardproviders. SAPConcurwillprovidetransitionguidanceandresourcesforprojectsinitiatedprior.Ifyoutakenoaction,theretiringSAPConcursolutionswillberemovedfromyourcontractandthesolutionswillberetiredeffective. Weacknowledgethatthistimelineisshorterthandesiredandsincerelyapologizeforthedisruptionandinconveniencetheseretirementsmaycause.SAPConcurremainscommittedtoaddressingtheneedsofourcustomersandwillworkwithyoutotransitiontoalternativereimbursementsolutions.

ThepaymentManagerwillcontinuetoprovidestatusinformationrelatedtoallExpensePaypayments.TheMonitorBatchesandMonitorPayeestabswillgenerallyprovidethestatusdetailsrequiredfortrackinggeneralandspecificpayments. Forallpre-fundmodeltransactions,thosewhereyouwirefundstoadesignatedSAPConcuraccountbeforeSAP Concur Solutionsdistributesthefundsatyourdirection,youwillreceiveinstructionsonhowtoensurethatyouretrievealloutstandingfundspaidintotheaccount,butnotdesignatedtoabeneficiarypayment.SincethefundsarewiredtoSAPConcuryouwillneedtoprovidethereturnbankaccountdetailsanddesiredamountsreturnedinorderforustoprocesstheoutstandingfundsbacktoyouraccount.
