If you need more, or different licenses, they will be available on FAMIS 6/1 - 30/2013. • All licenses will expire August 26, 2013 • Your class names must have “Summer 2013” as part of the name • Create your Summer Courses using normal iLearnNYC processes. • Your CFN Summer Liaison will work with you on all Summer Academic Policies and FAQ

  4. Summer Enrollments • As soon as you receive your summer rosters, you must tell us which schools your students are coming from, how many from each school, and how many and which Vendors/Licenses each home school will require for their students’ use. Use your Summer Worksheet to record, and send back to iLearnNYC. • You must tell us how many non-DOE students you will be enrolling. They will use your school’s licenses. NOTE: Your non-DOE students must have active OSIS • iLearnNYC will transfer the needed enrollment licenses from you to each student’s home school. • Each School’s Summer iLearnNYC Coordinators will create, program, and enroll their own classes.

  5. Summer Course Management • Check the Summer Calendar at the end page for your key Summer School dates. • iLearnNYC will be conducting regular training classes May and June.
