  4. What is Risk Management? At the proactive level, it is a conscious and deliberate process of carefully identifying and evaluating risks. Come up with control measures. The key purpose is to not to eliminate risks altogether but to take measures to maintain an acceptable level of safety.

  5. What is Risk Management? At the reactive level, it is a judgemental, conscious (sometimes instinctive) act to reduce or eliminate onsite risks to ensure safety above everything else.
