Monday, March 3, 2014 Complete Book Three Details Questions • Who is Dunnegan? • Store owner • John Clewt’s friend and war buddy • Sam’s trusted adult friend • What did Dunnegan tell Sam about Chip and his life? • Lonely • Doesn’t see people on purpose • “click-track mind” (smart) • After exploring the swamp looking for clues about Tom, what did Sam and Chip find? • Tom’s white Toyota truck (his license plate) • Keys in the ignition • Dried blood on some leaves • What did Chip tell Sam that Tom had done for him? • “changed my whole life” • If not for Tom, Chip would have helped Sam off the roof then gone inside to hide his face and hand.
