  3. Key People Anand Mudigonda Master’s degree in Applied Geophysics. Has several years of experience in upstream onshore and offshore projects. Has extensive experience in evaluation and negotiation of Oil & Gas assets, globally. Expertise covers micro-level planning, budgeting, designing work programs and implements. UmaMaheswar A Mechanical Engineer from Bombay University and has over 28 years experience in Oil & Gas field services. His core experience is in drilling, testing & completion, and management of rigs. Worked in various oil & Gas companies like ONGC, Shell, Essar, Cairn Energy, Sterling and Jindal. Extensive experience in running, maintaining and operating rigs including HSE management systems, inspection and audits, rig inspection and acceptance, rig evaluation, equipment standards requirements. Surya Nanduri Master’s in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow and Engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Chennai. 20 years of cross-functional experience in Energy, Mining and Financial Services. Managed several cross-border transactions in minerals and oil & gas, responsible for legal and financial evaluation of mineral assets. Experience of raising pre-IPO capitol and taking start-up companies to IPO on global exchanges
