What are the characteristics or dimensions on which you would rate your cereal’s goodness? • What are your standards for each of the criteria you’ve listed? What constitutes “good” cereal on each dimension? How do you know if you created a good cereal? • Based on your standards for what makes “good” cereal, how well does your cereal stack up against the standards you set? • What can you do differently to improve your cereal? • What conclusion about the outcomes of your cereal program will you tell your investors?
