Role of the Advisor • Provide guidance by directing, chaperoning and coordinating supervision of activities • Organize the selection process for chapter officers • Hold regular chapter meetings and attend chapter functions • Delegate assignments to student members • Be knowledgeable of different chapter programs and opportunities available • Develop working relationships with school board, school administration, support staff, parents or guardians and community groups FBLA--Middle Level: Where Leadership Begins
