    5. MISSION NEONATOLOGIE Aucun service de nonatologie lheure actuelle au CAMBODGE ; A lHpital CALMETTE (PHNOM PENH) 2 000 naissances par an. 500 nouveaux-ns dcdent en priode nonatale tous les ans (principalement dinfection materno-ftale).

    6. MISSION NEONATOLOGIE Limiter les infections materno-ftales ; Diminuer la mortalit nonatale de 40% ; Mettre en place un service de nonatologie - ranimation nonatale ; Former en mdecine nonatale et en soins de salle de naissance ; Autonomiser le service et les soins.

    7. MISSION NEONATOLOGIE Au pralable : Collecte du matriel mdical auprs des hpitaux et laboratoires pharmaceutiques franais. Transport du matriel au CAMBODGE. Sur place : Mise en place du matriel et des soins. Mise en place dune logistique de service. Formation des diffrents intervenants chacune de leur fonction (soins mdicaux, infirmiers, nursing, hygine).

    8. MISSION NEONATOLOGIE 5 lits de nonatologie - ranimation nonatale avec : couveuses fermes. 3 appareils ventiler. monitorage (pouls, frquence respiratoire, saturation du sang en oxygne, tension). 1 lit pour les 1ers soins en salle de naissance.

    9. MISSION NEONATOLOGIE 3 internes en pdiatrie : Caroline BELONCLE. Marie VERSTRAETE. Gal MAZEIRAS. 2 ranimateurs pdiatres : Docteur Jean-Marc DEJODE. Professeur Alain MOUZARD.
