  1. From the time of its founding in 1990 brand «AGRISOVGAZ»is associated exclusively with high quality products for many Russian and foreign companies. LLC «AGRISOVGAZ»is a developing industrial complex in Maloyaroslavets specializing in the production of steel and aluminum structures of any complexity and providing services for hot-dip galvanizing method. Since 2007 «AGRISOVGAZ»is included in the group of companies Stroygazkonsaltingwhich is the largest Construction holding in Russia. In 2009 - 2010 company was completely reorganized. And an automated control system for production process of class ERP(based on Microsoft Dynamics AX)was implemented. The main elements of the company policy are long-term investment, openness and readiness for dialogue with customers and dealers at all levels, long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation with partners.

  2. Aluminum profile «ALTEAM»is the leader in the production of aluminum profiles, many of which have no analogues in Russia. Today «ALTEAM»produces more than 6,000types of aluminum profiles for: • constructionand steel structures, elements of the facade, cladding; • rail and road transport, aviation and astronautics; • machine building and machine tools; • medical, fire-fighting equipment, cash register, scales and other special equipment; • refrigerating machinery, radiators, air conditioning and ventilation systems; • standard profiles and other types of aluminum profiles.

Aluminum profile • Aluminum profiles are extruded on FOUR Italian presses: • PRIMA with force of640tons; • BREDA DANIELI with force of1600tons; • BREDA DANIELI with force of2200tons; • COMETAL with force of1870tons. • Austrian foundry and homogenization furnaces of HERTWICH ENGINEERINGcompany allow to produce more than 2000of aluminum billets per month. • Identification of the aluminum profile of the highest complexity and accuracy is carried out during the whole production process.

  4. Steel rolled products • «STEEL VECTOR»is pipe rolling with a capacity of over 60,000 tons of pipes per year. Pipe rolling is equipped with two rolling lines: • RD 115 - producing tubes with a diameter of from 39,3х1,5 – up to 114,3 mm and profiles with dimensions from 100х50х2,0 – up to 100х60х4,0. • RD50 - producing tubes from 17х1,5 – up to 51х3,2 mm, profilesfrom 15х15х1,5 – up to 50х30х2,2 mm. • «STEEL VECTOR»manufacturesprofiles of complex configuration with the ability to punch under the customer's drawings.Our products are mainly used in: • • building; • • agriculture; • • automotive industry; • • systems of warehouse and shelf storage. «STEEL VECTOR» has developed and manufactures a system of steel profiles for the production of formwork for all types of monolithic construction.

  5. Hot-dip galvanizing «ZINCOGRAD» is unique protection of steel surfaces from corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing. Galvanizing production has two production lines: • The first line for galvanizing of large metal constructions up to 12,5 meters. Capacity of 36 000 tons per year, this line allows to galvanize constructions up to 4 tons and dimensions12,5х1,2х2,8 meters. • The second line is also designed for galvanizing of large metal constructions with a length up to 8,8 meters. Capacity of 40 000 tons per year, this line allows to galvanize constructions with dimensions of 8,8x1,7x3,0 meters and weighing up to 8 tons. • The advantages of hot-dip galvanizing: • cheapening of the production price due to the absence of costs for products re-coloring; • guaranteed service life of galvanized products are more than 30 years!

  6. Metal constructions «PROMEK» manufactures metal constructions of general building purposes, polyhedral outdoor lighting poles and guardrails. Production capacity is up to 150 high-mast lights with mobile crown, more than 300 outdoor lighting poles and up to 700 tons of otherunique metal constructions each month. Our main products: • high-mast lights; • street and park outdoor lighting poles; • security systems poles, transformable; • cell phone towers, power transmission lines; • lightning rods; • road barriers; • formwork for all types of monolithic construction.

  7. Metal constructions • LLC «AGRISOVGAZ» manufactures the following products for the objects of • road-transport: • Poles forAutomated Traffic Control System; • Lighting polesunder the individual projects; • Anti-Noise screens; • Road guardrails.

  8. Metal constructions ACS complexes for traffic Automated Traffic Control System Systems are made of shaped tube of various sections from 200 up to 300 mm. The length over the road surface is from 20 up to 26 meters. The construction are also used for the placement of guide signs, road signs, interactive illuminated signs and traffic lights.

  10. Metal constructions Poles forVIDEO MONITORING LLC «AGRISOVGAZ» manufactured poles​​for video monitoring for the section of the federal highway M1 «Belarus» Moscow-Minsk. The poles height is 10,5 meters.

Metal constructions OUTDOOR LIGHTING POLES under the individual project To complete the parts of the Western High-Speed ​​Diameter road in St. Petersburg,LLC «AGRISOVGAZ» manufactured non-standard lighting poles. These poles are arc-shaped box-type constructions with multiple radius transitions. The poles height is 12,1 meters.

  12. Greenhouse systems «GREENTECH»is the flagship of greenhouse construction in Russia with production capacity of up to 120 hectares per year. It performs the complete production process of steel and aluminum greenhouse constructions of new generation: greenhouse complexes design, their construction and "turn-key" solution. Our products and developments: • complete industrial greenhouses and greenhouse complexes; • greenhouses for gardens and farms; • complete set of greenhouses with modern engineering and technology systems and equipment. Our merits: • From 1998 to 2012 it was erected more than 600 ha of greenhouses in Russia and abroad. • The highest yields of vegetables in Russia were gathered in greenhouses designed and built by «AGRISOVGAZ».

  13. Tool production «ELEMENT TECHNO» designs and manufactures stamping tools, press molds, conductors (equipment for machining), roller equipment and the matrix set of tools for the extrusion of aluminum profiles. «Element Techno»rapidly increases its production capacity and manufactures up to 100 matrix sets and 120 rolling rolls per month depending on their complexity and configuration. Our features: • all parts and components are manufactured on high-precision equipment of DECKEL MAHO, MORI SEIKI, AGIE, SODICK, MITSUBISHI, STUDER; • we use high-quality alloy steel BOHLER-UDDEHOLM, SCHMOLZBISKENBACH, THYROTHERM; • our products are subjected to heat treatment and nitriding on equipment COFI.

  14. All products and services of LLC «AGRISOVGAZ» are certified. The Quality Management System is certified in compliance with the requirements of GOSTISO 9001-2011.
