  2. Objectives Source a venue that suits the client’s requirements. Manage the event including all AV such as stage, set design and build. Provide on site delegate registration, give out trophies during awards ceremony and conduct televised interviews of winners. Outcome The 2 day summit was perfectly programmed with conferences during the day featuring many different speakers from all over the world. The whole event was highly international. The team provided seamless support at registration and perfect management of the transformation of the venue from conference to awards dinner. In the evening, the award ceremony unrolled without a hitch and resulted in a very happy client with endorsements to work with us again from the delegates. 2 | P a g e
