  7. EAS IV Functionalities • Interface with ADM for ambulatory data. • Better tracking of salary expenses. • Business rules for validation of all incoming data.

  8. EAS IV Functionalities • 95% of quality control/validation check will be accomplished prior to initiation of monthly data processing. • Both errors and warnings must be addressed before monthly data processing can be completed.

  10. EAS IV Data Quality • The EAS IV system performs regular file checks upon importation of various data files such as the ADM and CHCS files.

EAS Project Status • EAS IV version 2.5.5/2.5.6, the FY06 table maintenance updates, are in deployment. • EAS IV 2.6, changes to the DMHRSi-LCA interface, is in site level testing. • EAS IV 3.1, web-enabling and change to an Oracle database, is in testing with deployment scheduled for fourth quarter FY06.
