  47. Working Group Guidelines Working groups are organized according to professional fields and areas of expertise. World Summit 2020 will feature program sessions that focus on various UPF projects including ISCP, IAPP, IAPD, and other associations that will center their activities on media, business, academia, etc. • Protocols for the Working Groups: The Working Groups are designed to promote discussion and dialogue. Please keep remarks concise and focused on the agenda items. • Moderators will give brief opening statements, no more than 3-5 minutes each • Opening Remarks and Statements should focus on the agenda and be limited to 4-5 minutes to assure maximum participants and to allow time for open discussion • During open discussions, comments should be limited to one minute • Be sure to state your name and position, and speak clearly into the microphone • Rapporteurs will take notes and summarize the various recommendations • Agenda for the Working Groups: • Creating strong and productive program sessions with an impressive roster of speakers • Recommend ways in which overall theme of World Summit 2020—Interdependence, Mutual Prosperity, Universal Values—can be developed in the program, as well as in your organization or professional field • Recommendations for ways to build and strengthen the association • Recommendations of ways to honor the legacy of the UPF Founders during World Summit 2020 and throughout the centenary year of 2020 • Recommendations of steps to be taken during the remaining months of 2019 to prepare for World Summit 2020 • Recommendations for outstanding figures in your field who may be invited to serve as a keynote speaker or as an honorary co-chair of the association for World Summit 2020 • Recommendations for follow-up programs that can be organized after World Summit 2020
