Metode CPM (Critical Path Method) • Earliest Start Time (ES) : waktutercepatuntukbisamemulaisuatukegiatandenganwaktu normal, tanpamengganggukegiatan lain • Latest Start Time (LS) : waktu paling lambatuntukbisamemulaikegiatandenganwaktu normal, tanpamenggangukegiatan-kegiatanlainnya • Earliest Finish Time (EF) : waktu paling cepatuntukmenyelesaikansuatupekerjaandalamwaktu normal, tanpamengganggukegiatan lain • Latest Finish Time (LF) : waktu paling lambatuntukmenyelesaikansuatukegiatandalamwaktu normal, tanpamengganggukegiatan lain
