  3. Existing Facilities • Refer to Advanced Utility Coordination Documentation and Concept Plans • Bright House Network HUB has been fully relocated and property has been vacated.

  4. RFP States: • I. Description of Work • FP ID 411011-4-52-01 • Shall include removal of existing utility infrastructure as described in section VI. C. • AT&T • Bright House (non HUB) • Teco Peoples Gas

  5. RFP States: • I. Description of Work • FP ID 411011-4-56-03 • Includes performance of all of Hernando County’s utility design and construction. • The Hernando County Utility Department (HCUD) Specifications - Water, Reclaimed Water and Wastewater Construction Specifications Manual (January 2013) are provided as an Attachment to the RFP • Hernando County Utility Work Concept Plans are included as a reference document • Coordinate with the Department and with Hernando County for final design approval. • Design Build Firm shall become the Engineer-of-Record for the UWHCA plans, obtain all required permits and also be responsible for signing and sealing utility construction as-built plans in accordance with Hernando County standards.

  6. RFP States: • B. Department Responsibility • The Department will be responsible for paying the Utility Agency/Owners (UAO) for reimbursable relocation costs. This does not include any utility costs associated with relocating or re-building the existing guardhouse building at the LaRose Road entrance to the Withlacoochee State Forest’s Croom Motorcycle Area as described in Section I.

  7. RFP States: • Department Commitments • Hernando County Utility Work • Removal of existing facilities for • AT&T • Bright House • Teco Peoples Gas • Avoidance of utility facilities either existing or adjusted in advance of this project as outlined within the RFP (and described in next few slides).

  8. RFP States: • AT&T – Will relocate in advance of the construction by crossing under mainline I-75 at approximately STA 2048+26 LT to RT and then along the limits of SMF MC. • The remainder of the AT&T’s facilities to be adjusted or relocated will be addressed during construction.

  9. RFP States: • Teco Peoples Gas – Will relocate in advance of the construction by crossing under mainline I-75 at approximately 2042+14 LT to RT (4” PE) along the south side of SR 50 • The remainder of the Teco Peoples Gas facilities to be adjusted or relocated will be addressed during construction.

  10. RFP States: • Bright House Networks – Do not impact the underground existing facilities crossing under mainline I-75 from approximately STA 2047+46 LT to RT (3-2” conduit w/138ct FOC in 2 of 3 conduit) • The remainder of the Bright House Network facilities to be adjusted or relocated will be addressed during construction.

  11. RFP States: • Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative – Do not impact the underground existing facilities crossing under mainline I-75 from approximately 4027+52 LT to RT (3-4” flex pipe & 1-2” communication line) • The remainder of the Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative facilities to be adjusted or relocated will be addressed during construction.

  12. RFP States: • Hernando County – Do not impact the underground existing facilities crossing under mainline I-75 as described below at: • South of SR 50 • Sewer: 2035+30 LT to RT • Water: 2035+50 LT to RT • North of SR 50 • Sewer: 2057+44 LT to RT • Water: 2057+34 LT to RT

RFP States: • NOTE: Be sure to read entire section within RFP- • DEVIATION  FROM THE UTILITY RELOCATION PLAN: The Design Build Firm may request to deviate from the Department’s commitments above, however approval from both the Department and the affected UA/O(s) will be required.   • If the Design-Build Firm chooses to deviate from the Department’s commitments and receives approval, the Design-Build Firm shall be solely responsible for all increased costs incurred by the utility owner associated with the impact.
