  1. A 28 year old female patient reports to your office with complain of intermittent pain in #11. Clinical exam reveals a big composite restoration on the tooth, tender on percussion. History: An intermittent swelling and drainage from the fistula ‘below her eye’ on the left side, she has been to the otolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, dermatologist and all of them have failed to identify cause of the lesion. Medical History: Patient is HIV positive Smoker Drug abuse Hepatitis B Case 3
