PEMBERHENTIAN PEGAWAI PEMBERHENTIAN DENGAN HORMAT : Pemberhentian karena permintaan sendiri Pemberhentian karena mencapai batas usia pensiun Pemberhentian karena adanya penyederhanaan organisasi Pemberhentian karena tidak cakap jasmani dan rohani Pemberhentian karena meninggal dunia atau hilang Pemberhentian karena meninggal tugas. Pemberhentian karena lain-lain.

  4. PEMBERHENTIAN TIDAK DENGAN HORMAT • Melanggar sumpah/janji pegawai negeri sipil melanggar jabatan dan atau melanggar disiplin. • Dihukum penjara karena tindak pidana kejahatan/penyelewangan. • Melakukan kegiatan untuk mengubah Pancasila UUD 1945 dan anti Negara.
