  3. Part 1: It deals with four broad aspects Planning, Financial Reporting, Control and Performance. Under this come cost management, performance management, planning, external financial reporting, forecasting, internal controls, and budgeting.

  4. Part 2: Deals with Financial Decision which includes professional ethics, decision analysis, financial statement analysis, risk management, corporate finance and investment decisions.

  5. Tips For Taking CMA 1. Everything covered in the syllabus is important and can be probable; hence nothing must be left out. Leaving out on any of the portions may not be the smart way to go. 2. Being thorough with application of concepts, case laws and sections and general knowledge subject matter. 3. Practicing numerical, formulas and formats to perfection.
