Analysis • All of our surveyed customers are at least satisfied with Haagen-Dazs’ products. • The data could also suggest that we could go further with our investments and amplify the number of stores we have and maybe attract more customers.
Analysis • The data shows that the majority of Haagen-Dazs’ customers choose to buy ice-cream cones or cups. • None of the surveyed customers buy Dazzlers, Baristos, Sorbet sippers nor smoothies. This could mean that Haagen-Dazs must include them more often in their advertisements.
Do you order a take-out or do you eat at a table in Haagen-Dazs store?
Analysis • In this chart we can see that most people take out their ice creams from the store. • By using this data Haagen-Dazs could enhance their stores or even start a new line of restaurants selling only ice cream based products.
Are you able to find your favorite Haagen-Dazs favors at your local Haagen-Dazs store or retailer
Analysis • This data shows that a few people do not find their favorite flavors in the stores so Haagen-Dazs must make sure that all of the different flavors are reaching the stores.
Analysis • The data shows that most of the surveyed people prefer Haagen-Dazs to continue producing the basic flavors that are preferred by the costumers • Haagen-Dazs does not need to recruit new members to R&D, just stick to the basics
Analysis • The survey displays that most of Haagen-Dazs’ customers do not find the price of the products way too high, just slightly higher than preferred • This further enforces the luxuriousness of the brand of Haagen-Dazs and at the same time keeping its customers happy
