Some considerations • We have to fight against pre-requisits: • Millions of marketing dollars have been spent on explaining customers that ink is expensive and not suitable for the office. • Inkjet printers cannot cope with the requirements in the office: • Paper management • 1st class (b/w) print quality • Reliability • Tenders are typically designed for laser printers • Key to counter this will be to demonstrate and explain our WFP as well as to influence tender specs at an early stage.
