Characterization of EGFP-expressing Viral Constructs in SF9 and Primary Cells

This study investigates the transduction efficiency and expression levels of EGFP-tagged viral constructs, specifically vAc-Proie1-EGFP and vAc-Pro427-EGFP, in SF9 cells and primary cells. Utilizing SnaBI, NotI, and SalI restriction enzymes, we analyze the resulting constructs and their expression profiles, including the characterization of protein sizes at approximately 33 kDa and 25 kDa. Our findings contribute to the understanding of viral vector systems in gene delivery applications.
