Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) blown through an extruder Blowing agent used to create air pockets (cells) in the foam Foam rests (de-gasses) for 7-10 days post production Starfoam is 100% recyclable where facilities exist Polyair recycles all set-up and off-cut waste on site where repro is turned into new rollstock Foam Production

Starfoam laminated with Adhesive (Starmask) or Cohesive (Starbond) Films Adhesive foams bond to anything and Cohesive foams bond to itself Coatings are water based and have been developed in the automotive industry Polyair uses a film to achieve a very even coating Common End Users Adhesive and Cohesive Foams • Furniture, Fabricated Metal Products, Medical Devices
