  2. Potential Infringements • Pool chemical dispenser -United States Patent 7291261 Automatically adds chemicals at a preset rate. We would be using a dispenser to add automatically chemicals. Although we are determining amounts to be added automatically, we are dispensing them automatically in a similar fashion.

  3. Potential Infringements • Swimming pool water conditioning system • United States Patent 4381240 • This is a much more complex design which involves introducing chlorine gas by use of an electrolytic chlorine generator. • I feel that we are doing the same task in a substantially different way and this is not infringement

  4. Potential Infringements • Swimming pool and spa controller systems and equipment • United States Patent 7398138 • This device is essentially just the brain. IT takes inputs from external sensors and sends outputs to a variety of available feeders. It is designed to control feeders that are already in your pool, so it is substantially different.

  5. Potential Infringements • Spa chemistry monitoring and chemical dispensing unit • United States Patent 6309538 • This device does essentially the same functions, but it is for much small spas. Our device will work with small pools and larger pools, typically the size of pools found at private residences.
