What is obesity? • Being so overweight that it affects your health. • Caused by eating too many fats and sugars
Obesity Risks • You could die much earlier in life. • Problems with bones and joints, hypoventilation and Gall bladder disease.
Childhood Obesity • Childhood obesity is increasing greatly. • Caused by junk foods, new technology and pure lazyness of children.
Don’t be ashamed! If you’re overweight, don’t be ashamed, 25% of UK boys are overweight where 33% of girls are overweight So don’t be ashamed like this boy here You are not alone
