Business Plan Template • A Business Plan is expected to be precise and concise, be delivered in Powerpoint format with minimum 10 pages but no more than 20 • NOTE: You are highly recommended to include ALL the information as illustrated in the following template as such information are expected from the Admission Panel. You may of course, vary the sequence, format, style, etc. and add other relevant information as appropriate. However, please note that presentation time at the Admission Panel Meeting is strictly limited to 7minutes.

Product Features • How’s your product solve market problem/ fulfill market needs? • My product has the following • Technology niche • Research and Development Content and Plan • Innovativeness, disruptive business model/customer adaptation/graphics/ animation/user interface (or anything that you think will make it standout and sell) • You can use picture, flow-diagram, illustration or even previous work of your own to state your point.

  6. Sales and Marketing Plan • Target customers (those who will pay) and target end-users (those who will use the product) • Size of target customers/end-users (in quantity, dollars)

  7. Development Road Map • Achievement in R&D and business development so far and works to be done in the coming 12 months

  8. Management and R&D team • The founding team members (CV in brief, highlighting academic/work experience, why you will be able to develop and sell your product/services. You can also highlight additional staff, shareholders and business partners who you many have to complement your current team) • Other investors who you now have, if applicable
