Obiettivi del follow up Identificare recidive asintomatiche di malattia in fase precoce potenzialmente curabili Individuare e rimuovere lesioni preneoplastiche del colon retto Individuare tumori metacroni Individuare e trattare gli effetti collaterali delle terapie adiuvanti eseguite e le eventuali complicanze dell'intervento Rassicurare il paziente sul decorso della malattia
