Traitement - Sensibilité naturelle aux antibiotiques • ß-lactamines: pénicillines A (ampicilline, amoxicilline), C1G, C2G, C3G • fluoroquinolones: péflo-, oflo-, cipro-floxacine • autres: tétracyclines, sulfamides (aminosides) - Développement inquiétant des résistances (voir phénotypes de résistance) • acquisition de plasmides R • 50% de résistance à ampi et amox • 15-20% de résistance à amox + ac. clavulanique • 5-10% de résistance aux fluoroquinolones ! • nombreuses souches R à tétracyclines et sulfamides
