  2. Long Term Goals • Adopt differnt methods of mathematics To make easy for students • Adopt new teaching approach to enhance students appreciation of Mathematics.

  3. Short term Goals • Change my questioning strategies with students to promote high order thinking • Focus on mathematics process students use to get to an answer ,not just the answer itself.

  4. Instructional Strategies and Tasks • I will provide more opportunities for students To answer questions that require higher order thinking • I will provide students with time for group discussion. • I will ask questions that require students to explain how they came to an answer.

  5. Solutions to anticipated challenges • Parents may not understand my methods Solution • I will use my new word processing skills to create a newsletter to inform parents of my new methods • There may be some duffer students who do not pick quickly. Solution

  6. Solutions to anticipated challenges • I will groups students to encourage collaboration with all class members
