Background: • The site is a FREE progression planning resource. • Designed in collaboration with careers education • professionals and reflects ideological frameworks for careers advice and guidance. • Aimed at 11 to 25 year olds but can be used by older people too. • Can be used at school/college or home, students can continue to access their account after they leave.

  5. The site offers: • One place for planning your future • CV Builder • Action Plan • Quizzes for recognising and recording skills, personal strengths and learning styles • Online record of skills and achievements • Options information • Also: • Links to local prospectus.

Leaver Destinations – Collette Bailey • 2012 Year 11 2.7% NEET 101young people • NEET with job/apprenticeship - no employer as their chosen intended destination • Of which 14 % with 4/5 GCSE’s @ C including Eng, Maths? (level 3) • Of which mainly D’s (Level 2) • Of which with few /no quals? (Level /Foundation) • NAS statistics for Rotherham indicating increasing opportunities overall but competition from adults for level 3 opportunities
