Integrating WaterML2 Services in GEOSS for Enhanced Global Water Information Sharing

This initiative aims to enhance global water information sharing through the integration of WaterML2 services within the GEOSS framework. By aligning with the Water Societal Benefit Areas and improving technical capabilities, we seek to create an interoperable architecture that serves the international water community. The project will run from April to November, involving collaboration with various stakeholders and leveraging existing best practices. Key outcomes include a recommendation for WaterML2 adoption by the WMO Committee on Hydrology and participation in vital workshops to enhance data sharing.
