The Rutgers Alumni Association (RAA) is modernizing its communications platform to better serve all alumni, not just dues payers. Since its initial launch in September 2007 as a welcoming connection, the website has evolved to facilitate two-way communications, user-generated content, and enhanced event management. Key features will include alumni class pages, newsletters, and a transition to an online editing system, ensuring easy updates and robust engagement. Future plans include integrating social media and e-commerce solutions for payments, fostering a vibrant alumni community.
