HIGHLIGHTS Exclusive Powerol Warehouse at Wagholi (Pune) started from 1st Aug. All critical parts stock maintained at Wagholi. 97% FPL for filters achieved in Aug’11. MNEPL 140 & 160kVA Models Parts pricing and process finalized. SDEC First Pick Level Aug 81%. Retail Warranty Claims separate punching in SAP started. Vendor Recovery Started by Powerol Team (Previously done by FES) SDEC warranty recovery started. 1st Debit note of US$ 2600 done.
LOW LIGHTS Spares sale much below Targets due to funds scarcity at MAGIECs and stockiest. Major shortfall is from NORTH Region. Retails Spares Orders Far behind Target again major contributor North. Overflow of Stocks & Inventory due less orders. MDI 3200 parts availability delayed due to Inter Sector Process delay. Webportal Retail Warranty & Spares module not yet developed. Expected by Sept End. Warranty claim Credit notes hold up due SAP System Warranty Module not available. Problem being resolved by SAP Germany team. Exp by Sept end.
