  1. ACTUACIÓ MEDICA AL SERVEI D’URGÈNCIES (Nivell-I) davant d’un accident de risc biològic en els professionals de la CORPORACIÓ PARC TAULI Servei de Prevenció Corporació Parc Taulí 2010

  2. A) MESURES A RECOMANAR DAVANT QUALSEVOL EXPOSICIÓ ACCIDENTAL (punxada, esquitxada o contacte amb pell no intacte) 1. Deixar fluir lliurament la sang durant 2-3 minuts sota l’aigua corrent. 2. Promoure el sagnat si és necessari. 3. Rentar la zona amb aigua abundant i sabó. 4. Desinfectar-la amb solució de povidona iodada al 10% o alcohol de 70º. 5. En cas d’exposició de mucoses oral o conjuntiva (esquitxos) caldrà fer un bona irrigació amb aigua abundant o sèrum fisiològic.

B) MESURES A PRENDRE DAVANT QUALSEVOL EXPOSICIÓ ACCIDENTAL (punxada, esquitxada o contacte amb pell no intacte) Comunicar l’accident de forma immediata a salut laboral Horari de dilluns a dijous 8 a 17 hores i divendres de 8 a 14:30 hores. Fora d’aquest horari es contactarà amb el facultatiu de medicina del Servei d’Urgències -Nivell I (Edifici Taulí), que portarà a terme les primeres actuacions.

  4. C) ACTUACIÓ FACULTATIU NIVELL-I DAVANT QUALSEVOL EXPOSICIÓ ACCIDENTAL (punxada, esquitxada o contacte amb pell no intacte) 1. Registrar l’accident (Annex 3 full de notificació). 2. Cursar analítica pacient-font (VB-VC i HIV) URGENT. 3. Registrar dades i telèfon personal del professional, per si cal localitzar-lo. 4. Si pacient-font HIV positiu, localitzar al professional i oferir tractament amb antiretrovirals.

D) MESURES A PRENDRE DAVANT QUALSEVOL EXPOSICIÓ ACCIDENTAL (punxada, esquitxada o contacte amb pell no intacte) Maneig del pacient-fONT: Consultar immediatament la història clínica del malalt (especialment factors de risc, VHB, VHC i HIV). Cal extreure una mostra (2 tubs de bioquímica de 4cc, tap vermell) i identificar el tubs amb les etiquetes del malalt i enviar-les al laboratori URGENT. Laboratori

  6. Tractament estàndard CSPT Important: Semprehi ha un estoc disponible a la prestatgeria de medicació d’Urgències de Medicina. (Nivell I). Si hi ha resistència provada al tractament estàndard consulteu el protocol .

E) ACTUACIÓ FACULTATIU NIVELL-I DAVANT QUALSEVOL EXPOSICIÓ ACCIDENTAL (punxada, esquitxada o contacte amb pell no intacte) • Si pacient Virus-B positiu i receptor ben vacunat, NO FER RES. • Si pacient Virus-C positiu demanar RNA-VC i • receptor NO FER RES. • 3. TOTS els professionals accidentats han de passar a l’endemà per Salut Laboral a registrar l’accident.
