If required, revise Institutional Mission & Goals. Present revised Mission and/or Goals for Board approval. Prepare LCC Annual IE Report. IE Form 1 - Annual Unit Objectives Incorporate results from prior year’s outcomes. Identify current year’s objectives. Verify that they address the Unit’s Mission and /or the Institutional Objectives. Identify required activities. Identify expected outcomes. Identify method(s) for measuring outcomes. • IE Form 2 • Status of Unit Objectives • Report status of objectives. • Report status of activities. • Report status of outcomes. • Report status of measurement methods. IE Form 3 Evaluation of Unit Objectives Assess results of objectives. Assess completion of activities. Measure actual outcomes. Document methods & data used in measuring outcomes.
