Sub-Team Charter This sub-team is responsible for: Review and recognition of Accreditation Bodies (AB), Certification/Registration Bodies (CB), AABs, TPABs, auditors, training providers for Aerospace Quality Management Standards (AQMS), auditor competency training and auditor approvals for all of the Aerospace QM Standards i.e. AS9100, AS9110, AS9120. Rejection Actions / Appeals • Work experience not in compliance with 9104-3 • 1st party audits provided in audit log • Incomplete Witness audit (submitted AB witness audit; no section 7.3)) • Appeals (2) – AAB / RMCAR rejections • Experience was deemed not meeting 9104-003, original RMCAR decision was upheld • Audits deemed “1st Party”, original RMCAR decision upheld AAB’s rejections align with RMC Charleston, SC July 21-22, 2015

Recent Issues • Applicants from former IRCA (APM) with expired authentications, wanting special consideration. • Once authentication has expired, auditor must start as a 1st time applicant • Witness audits from ANAB/Industry oversight witness activity cannot be used for authentication witness audits. • At least 1 of the two witness audits for 9100 must include section 7.3 • Contractor audits (AS) of organizations that have 9100 certs are considered 1st party audits, when contracted by the audited organization.
