Our team, comprised of Mike Hogarth (Qld), Graham Sanders (NSW), Eric Tjoeng (NSW), and Sue Hirst (CSO), is dedicated to collaborating with open-minded professionals committed to business growth and success. This year, we identified 18 products/services, reviewed 7, and successfully introduced them to our partners. With a focus on business efficiency and software solutions, we strive to meet client needs and foster specialization among partners. We encourage open dialogue and suggestions to optimize our efforts in achieving collective success.

Business Efficiency Software for SMEs Survey Summary • 20 partners responded • 75% will leverage on software to gain clients • 95% familiar or very familiar with software to help SMEs • Some software suggested – Ostendo, Moveit, Exitwhen and Vend POS Comments: “Software must meet clients’ needs and shouldn’t be pushed if not appropriate. Right software the way to go and PRT fulfilling that role” “We should aim to become experts in range of software.
