Enhancing Accountability and Feedback in the Workplace

Participants will learn to recognize that all problems and concerns are valid and how to take ownership of these issues until they are resolved. We will also explore effective ways to provide and accept feedback, emphasizing the importance of the "ICARE" model—key words and actions that foster a positive work environment. Engage with our values conversation tool to identify behaviors that align with our organizational ethos and to discourage detrimental actions.
