  4. Legend Screw Cable Movement Comment

  5. Remove Battery 1. Turn the notebook over. 2. Unlock and hold the latches, and turn over the battery.

  6. Remove HDD Module 1. Remove 5 screws and take the cover away.

  7. Remove HDD Module - continue HDD 2. Remove the screw and pull out the HDD module.

  8. Remove ODD Module Put your screwdriver into this hole, and push out the ODD Remove the screw and push out the ODD with screwdriver.

  9. Remove Memory Module Remove 4 screws and take the cover away.

  10. Remove Memory Module - continued Heat Sink Fan Release the latches and take Memory module away.

  11. Remove Heat Fan Module Remove 2 screws and 2 antennae to take WLAN away.

  12. Remove Heat Sink Module It is recommended to remove screws with the following queue: 1->2->3->4 or 4->3->2>1 3 1 2 4 Remove 4 screws and take Heat Sink away.

  13. Remove CPU Module Release the irremovable screw with screwdriver to take away CPU.

  14. Remove WLAN Module WLAN cover, it is fixed with lock. You can open it with your finger easily. Remove WLAN cover with your finger.

  15. Remove WLAN Module - continued WLAN cover is removed.

  16. Remove WLAN Module - continued M2.5*4.0 SIM card slot Remove 2 screws and 2 cables, then take WLAN away.

  17. Remove Keyboard Cover Module M2.5*7.0 M2.5*2.0 1. Remove 7 screws.

  18. Remove Keyboard Cover Module - continued 2. Turn over the Keyboard cover.

  19. Remove Keyboard Cover Module - continued 3.Disconnect the two cables and remove Keyboard cover.

  20. Remove Keyboard Module 1. Turn over the Keyboard.

  21. Remove Keyboard Module - continued 2. Disconnect the cable and take away the Keyboard.

  22. Remove Top Cover Module M2.5*7.0 M2.5*2.0 1. Remove 7 screws and 2 cables.

  23. Remove Top Cover Module - continued M2.5*4.0 2. Remove 2 screws and 5 cables.

  24. Remove Top Cover Module - continued 3. Turn over the Top Cover.

  25. Remove Top Cover Module - continued 4. Disconnect the cable and take Top Cover away.

  26. Remove Motherboard Module M2.5*4.0 Remove 2 screws and take Motherboard away.

  27. Remove LCD Module M2.5*7.0 Remove 4 screws and take the LCD module away.

  28. Disassemble LCD Module M2.5*3.5 1. Remove 6 rubbers and screws then release the LCD front cover lockes.

  29. Disassemble LCD Module - continued 2. Lift up the LCD panel cover.

  30. Disassemble LCD Module - continued M2.0*3.5 3. Disconnect camera cable and remove 6 screws then take the LCD module away.

  31. Disassemble LCD Module - continued M2.5*3.0 4. Remove the screws and take the Hinge away.

  32. Disassemble Camera Module Camera Remove the Camera.
