  4. Legend Screw Cable Movement Comments

  5. Remove Hinge Cover Hinge Cover: It is fixed with 4 locks. Locks 1. Remove Hinge Cover.

  6. Remove Hinge Cover - continued 2. Thrust up the cover to release the 2 below locks and then take the cover away.

  7. Remove LED Module 1. Disconnect the LED cable.

  8. Remove LED Module - continued 2. Remove 4 screws to take LED module away.

  9. Remove LED Module - continued Base LED 3. To keep the LED safe, it is recommended to do like this when removing LED.

  10. Remove LED Module - continued 4. The LED is removed.

  11. Remove Camera Module Locking plug 1. Remove 2 screws then take locking plug away.

  12. Remove Camera Module - continued Back Cover Lock Panel 2. Push the Back cover to release the locks.

  13. Remove Camera Module - continued To prevent from dust, no disassembly is required for the panel. 3. Remove 3 screws to take Camera Module away.

  14. Remove Base Cover Note: To remove the cover is a little bit difficult. You can find some useful tools to release it. Release the locks and take the Base Cover away.

  15. Remove Base Inside Cover Remove 6 screws and take the Cover away.

  16. Remove Base Inside Cover - continued The Base Inside Cover is removed.

  17. Modules Overview Heat sink/Fan TV card WWLAN Card Reader Memory HDD Speaker Bluetooth

  18. Remove Wireless LAN Module Remove 2 screws and 2 cables to take WLAN away.

  19. Remove Bluetooth Module Remove 1 screw and cable to take Bluetooth away.

  20. Remove Memory Module Pop the Memory Module up and take it away.

  21. Remove Heat Sink Module Remove 3 screws and cable to take the module away.

  22. Remove HDD Module Remove 2 screws and 2 cables to take the HDD module away.

  23. Remove CPU Module HDD cables Release the screw to take CPU away.

  24. Remove Speaker Module Remove 4 screws and 2 cables to take Speaker away.

  25. Remove Motherboard Module 1. Disconnect 2 cables.

  26. Remove Motherboard Module - continued 2. Remove 7 screws then remove Motherboard.

  27. Remove Motherboard Module - continued 3. Taking Motherboard away.

  28. Remove Bracket Module Red screws are used to fixed Screen Stand. Yellow ones are used to fix the Cover. Base bottom 1. Remove 4 screws.

  29. Remove Bracket Module - continued 2. Remove the screw under the rubber.

  30. Remove Bracket Module - continued Stand Cover Cables When removing Stand, please release the cables carefully. 3. Remove the Screen Stand and the cover.

  31. Remove Function Board Module Remove 4 screws to take the board away.

  32. Intel Platform Vs AMD Platform There are some differences between Intel motherboard and AMD motherboard. For example, the positions of WWLAN and CPU. In general, they are same.
